A purpose of the meeting is to hold a Public Hearing on the subdivision of Winn Cook Rd. Property, Property Tax ID: 298.00-02-34.01

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Town of Constantia Planning Board with be holding a meeting Tuesday August 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Constantia Town Hall at 14 Frederick Street in Constantia, NY. A purpose of the meeting is to hold a Public Hearing on the subdivision of Ct. Rt. 17-West Property, Property Tax ID: 264.00-02-08.

If unable to attend the meeting, comments may be addressed in writing to the Town of Constantia, Planning Board, PO Box 167, Constantia, NY 13044. Written comments must be received by the Planning Board by the day of the meeting.
